Thank you for shopping with X FLAIR! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer easy return and exchange options  to ensure you find the perfect outfit.

Exchanges

If you find the size does not fit, we would be happy to exchange it to another size of your choice based on the availability. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the package to check if your preferred size is available with us. Exchanges will be processed within 2 – 5 business days after we receive your returned item. 

Delivery charge for the exchange would be paid by the customer and the customer can use any supported payment methods.

Returns/Refunds

For any returns or refunds, contact us within 2 days of receiving the package to initiate the return process. We will provide you with further instructions. Failure to inform us within this time period would result in us not being able to process your request. 

For returns, the customer should pack the item in its original condition and courier it to XFLAIR CLOTHING (PVT) LTD, (the company). The return address will be provided to you upon initiating the return process.

Delivery charge for returns based on size issues, not satisfied with the colour, print or length of design, and any other concern that is beyond our control, would be paid by the customer. 

Return delivery charge for damages that has occurred during initial delivery, any factory defects, would be paid by the company.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
